A team of faculty, residents, interns, veterinary technicians, agricultural assistants and veterinary students provides all OVCTH services. As a teaching hospital, student involvement with cases is heavy. Please note you should plan to spend a minimum of 60 - 90 minutes at the OVCTH for each appointment, and longer if outpatient imaging services or laboratory data are needed. |
Referral Policy |
A referral request from your regular veterinarian is required to obtain an appointment. Please download the OVC Teaching Hospital Referral Request Form (pdf). Please book your recheck appointments a minimum of two weeks in advance. With respect to the Small Animal Clinic, the referring veterinarian must telephone for an appointment and then fax the Referral Request Form. |
