Training for Phase-4 Students
StringSoft is the new electronic medical-record system for the OVC-HSC, which became active on May 1, 2011. So, we are all still learning about this new system. All Phase-4 students on OVC-HSC rotations with case-care responsibilities will need at least one training session on the StringSoft system. During this session, you must also complete the OVC-HSC Code of Confidentiality form.
When
On the first day of your first OVC-HSC clinical rotation that will require you to use StringSoft. Training sessions are scheduled every Monday at 8:30-10:00 during May through August 2011.
Where
Room 2500 (OVC computer lab in Population Medicine).
How long
1.5 - 2 hours.
The coordinator(s) of each Phase-4 rotation has been informed about these student training sessions.
