Recently:

• I am now associated with both the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph/Canada and the Laboratory for Foodborne Zoonoses, Public Health Agency of Canada.
  
  
• Our lab is using a new “Infrastructure for Population Genetics and Molecular Epidemiology of Veterinary and Zoonotic Pathogens” recently funded by a joint grant from the Canadian Foundation for Innovation and from the Ontario Innovation Trust.
  
  
• We are part and coordinator of “The ARRT of Guelph” (Antimicrobial Resistance Research Team of Guelph).
