Welcome to the Third Annual Dog Jog!

Last year was such a big success as we more than exceeded our fundraising goal and raised over $7000 for the OVC Pet Trust Fund. This year we are aiming for $10 000 and with your help we are confident we can do it!!!

For those of you who may not have heard of this organization, the OVC Pet Trust Fund is Canada's first charitable fund entirely dedicated to advancing the health and well being of companion animals.

Funding from OVC Pet Trust has led to major improvements in anesthesia and pain control for pets, heart disease and heart monitoring techniques, dermatology, understanding the human-animal bond and more.

The Omega Tau Sigma Professional Veterinary Fraternity is a group of veterinary students that are dedicated to helping guide each other through the daily stress of life in veterinary school. We also recognize how vital it is to give back to our community and we feel that the OVC Pet Trust Fund is very deserving of our support.

The OTS Dog Jog is a 5km/2km fun run/walk that will take place on Saturday, March 23 at 9:30am. It is a fun filled event for the whole family. Refreshments and snacks are provided and we will have prizes for top fundraisers as well as raffle prizes. 100% of the proceeds from this event goes to the OVC Pet Trust Fund!
