Our Hours are: Mon-Fri 7:30a-7:30p, Sat 8:00a-4:00p

If you have an emergency at any time while our office is closed, please call the centre for instructions to reach our emergency services.

Your FIRST visit:

Please park in the lot (labelled 29A) to the north of the centre off of Smith Lane in a spot designated "For OVC Companion Animal Hospital Clients Only". If these are full, please park at a metered location in the lot and let us know when you enter. We will issue you a permanent pass that you should display on your dashboard each time you visit the centre. On return visits please park in the spots designated for Clients Only and display your pass on your dashboard. If the Client Only spots are full, park in a metered location, display your permit on your dashboard (you do not need to put any money in the meter).

Please check in for your appointment approximately 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to verify and update your personal information. You will be greeted by the veterinarian and student veterinarian with whom you've made your appointment. They'll discuss what to expect during the appointment and answer your questions. Your first appointment will be slightly longer for this purpose. We'll introduce you to the hospital and explain all the services we have to offer.

For the health of all species, including our own.

The Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) is a world leader in veterinary health care, learning and research. We work at the intersection of animal, human and ecosystem health: training future veterinarians and scientists, improving the health of our animal companions, ensuring the safety of the food we eat and protecting the environment that we all share. It's been that way since 1862.
